Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Our Services

Coast2Coast Fabrication provides contract sewing, custom strap fabrication, hook & loop assembly, die cutting, kitting, and related manufacturing services. All work is performed at our facility in Rocklin, California.

3. Quotes & Orders

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• All orders are subject to our written acceptance.
• Changes to orders after acceptance may result in additional charges and revised lead times.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate specifications, drawings, and samples.

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The remaining balance is due prior to shipment or upon completion of services.
• We accept bank transfer, credit card, or check.
• Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only. Coast2Coast Fabrication is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Custom fabricated products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. Cancellations after production starts may result in charges equal to materials and labor already incurred.

7. Limited Warranty

We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship for 90 days from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer.

Our sole obligation under this warranty is, at our discretion, to repair or replace defective products.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Coast2Coast Fabrication be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any designs or specifications you provide. We retain ownership of all manufacturing processes, tooling, and know-how developed during production.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of business.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
